Join the Ben Kinney Team Colorado Powered by PLACE in the role of Inside Sales Agent for Real Estate Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Real Estate Specialist who excels in lead generation, client communication, and transaction coordination.
Base Pay Range $35,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts.
Call through leads in our database and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries to appointments.
Qualify leads for motivation and financial aspects to real estate agents.
Manage the database and productivity reports.
Commit to skill development through education and script practice.
Become a real estate local expert.
Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and partner calls.
Track activities and clients using PLACE technology.
Qualifications
Excellent rapport building and enthusiasm for working with people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional telephone skills.
Experience tracking sales to a quota.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and internalize scripts.
Team player mindset.
Real estate license preferred.
