Door to Door Sales Representative – Unlimited Income Potential
We’re looking for a self‑starter who enjoys engaging people in their communities. This role will promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes, conduct door‑to‑door visits, and build rapport to drive sales.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay commensurate with experience (full‑time and part‑time)
Uncapped earning potential – commission plan plus performance incentives

Responsibilities
Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers.
Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories.
Engage customers to explain product benefits and solutions.
Use software tools to track leads, manage interactions, and report sales activities.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Travel as needed within assigned territory.
Expand customer base by attending community events.
Qualifications
Positive, energetic attitude; enthusiastic about new challenges.
Excellent communication skills and rapport building.
Self‑motivated and driven with goal‑setting ability.
Resilience to rejection and ability to stay positive.
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Safety‑sensitive role – must pass a drug test including marijuana.
