Role Description This is a full‑time, remote position for an Outside Sales Representative for our Equipment Division (role based in Illinois). The role involves engaging with clients to provide sales presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The representative will actively promote and sell Danko’s range of high‑quality firefighting and emergency equipment, providing solutions tailored to specific client needs. You will also provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process from the initial interaction through to after‑sales support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
Strong skills in Relationship Building and maintaining customer partnerships
Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and Communication for interacting with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability in New Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with the firefighting and emergency response industry is preferred but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the coverage area
