As an Associate Account Manager, you'll provide administrative support for an assigned sales & account team while also being responsible for managing the day-to-day tactical execution of assigned accounts. As this position is entry level within Account Management, it is designed to train employees with little to no experience in the Exhibit Industry or Account Management experience. Associate Account Manager Responsibilities

Directly manages accounts with limited annual budgets and operates in a supporting role to an additional account team leader on accounts with annual budgets greater than their own

Participates in weekly client status meetings, maintains account organizational tools and manages to charge out goals

Proactively supports the planning/design/production process. This includes partnering with account team leads and/or clients to drive clarity in sales/marketing objectives, documenting functional and aesthetic needs, defining project and program budgets, setting realistic turnaround times, and holding all internal and external stakeholders accountable to key production deadlines.

Supports the invoicing and accounts receivable process including managing change orders, budget to actual variance reporting, show service reconciliation and final invoice review

Ensure payment of all outstanding invoices as shown on the Accounts Receivable report and work to resolve any issues to ensure payment of the invoice within agreed upon terms

Attends all internal account management, design, production, and invoicing meetings

Directly manages or supports onsite supervision for tradeshow/event activations

Supports the account team lead in annual and mid-year sales forecasts based on historical information, current prospects and knowledge of future account activity

Use strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between departments and remote locations

Ability to travel and support field installations

Associate Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields and/or Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields with 1 to 3 years professional experience.

Must have strong organization skills; proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated

Advanced in Microsoft Office applications; proven ability in report generation and data mining

Flexible and able to work necessary hours in a fast‑paced, deadline driven environment

Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills combined with an ability to multi‑task

This position must reside within the Milwaukee area office.
