Job Description We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment‑solutions industry. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to control their time and income.
What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment‑processing solutions.
Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions along with long‑term residuals.
Work independently while receiving full support and training.

You Are
A natural communicator and closer.
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling.

Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred).
Compensation : commission‑only residual model with portfolio ownership.
Qualifications We are looking for curious and empathetic people who thrive in an evolving environment.
Required Qualifications for this role
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking (hunter mentality).

Location You can work fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region.
