The Parts Advisor at Mosaic Auto Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and technicians. This individual will order, receive, and organize parts for our dealership, assist with inventory management and sales, and collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and sales.
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Compensation & Benefits Paid biweekly. In addition to hourly pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers and technicians in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts from suppliers.
Receive and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Organize and maintain the parts inventory to ensure efficient and accurate retrieval.
Maintain accurate records of parts orders and inventory.
Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and sales.
Keep up-to-date on new products and promotions.
Make recommendations for improving processes and customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills and ability to use parts databases and ordering systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and processes.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
