Qualifications
Certified, experienced fitness instructor
Current CPR/AED certification
National certification: NASM, ACE, AFAA or equivalent
High-energy, inspiring presence with a positive, optimistic attitude that motivates every guest
Reliable, professional and consistent
Ability to lead dynamic, well-structured POWR classes that blend strength, cardio and powerful movement
Demonstrate excellent form and coach safe, effective movement patterns for all levels
Create a welcoming, uplifting, and motivating environment that empowers guests to push past limits
Build genuine connections with members and guests to strengthen community and drive engagement and retention
