We're looking for a detail-driven Auto Body Estimator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the link between customers and the shopcoordinating repairs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring every job runs smoothly. Schedule and coordinate customer repairs and appointments Partner with Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Office Manager, and Outside Sales to streamline workflow Collect and document customer information and vehicle data with precision Prepare and finalize estimates for labor and parts after approval Write service repair quotes and orders Provide professional, respectful, and positive customer interactions Essential Skills
Automotive service and parts experience Knowledge of insurance claims and billing processes Proficiency with CCC Software and other estimating tools Body shop experience (required) Familiarity with diesel engines and repair (preferred) Strong technical writing and communication skills Customer service mindset Additional Qualifications
