Body Shop Manager Location:
Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed. Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex). Communicate with customers to explain repair processes, timelines, and costs. Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim handling and approvals. Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and insurance procedures. Document all repair estimates, supplements, and customer communications. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in auto body repair or estimating is a plus. 2+ years of experience in auto body estimating or a related field. Proficiency in estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, or similar). Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
