Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville is hiring a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team.
Pay Range Base pay: $75,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience).

Essential Job Duties
Provide guests with body repair estimates using CCC One estimating software and detailed, accurate repair plans supported by vehicle manufacturer repair statements.
Report findings to guests and their insurance companies on required repairs and obtain approval to proceed.
Schedule repairs with balanced shop load through CCC One.
Greet guests at drop‑off and review the initial estimate with the vehicle.
Walk around with customers to identify additional damages and offer additional estimates.
Establish an agreed follow‑up plan to keep guests informed of repair status before they leave.
Create and update repair plans in CCC One daily with notes and status changes.
Work with technicians to inspect and estimate all additional repairs, communicating information promptly to claims adjusters for approval.
Prepare and reconcile billing throughout the repair process, including tech labor, parts pricing, sublets, paint, and materials.
Perform final inspection after repairs are completed to ensure completion and readiness for customer pickup.
Requirements
Ability to work well with customers, co‑workers, and insurance companies.

Effective communication skills, in person, over the phone, and via email.
Capability to learn and follow service processes.
Organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in body shop estimation or a related field.
