We are seeking a
Custom Cabinet Fabrication
candidate to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, installation, and fabrication of custom cabinet components using a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install various cabinet assemblies and components as required Install liners, ports, motors, coils, heaters, and baffling Cut, fit, and install insulation materials Build, assemble, and hang doors Set up and take down panel boxes Drill and install exterior panels Operate hand tools daily, including drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers, and knives Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, machines, and equipment Maintain regular and reliable attendance Perform other routine duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately TIG and/or MIG welding certification is a plus Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Manufacturing/production setting Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks required Use of hand and power tools throughout shift
