Essential Responsibilities Resident Care/Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, eating/feeding, toileting, transferring, and ambulation. Actively encourage resident participation in activities and social events. Other Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Report any changes in resident condition to the appropriate staff.
