Essential Responsibilities Resident Care/Direct Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, eating/feeding, toileting, transferring, and ambulation. Actively encourage resident participation in activities and social events. Monitor and report changes in resident condition and behavior. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
