Receptionist Position
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests, employees, vendors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in English and Spanish. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information in both languages. Manage visitor sign-ins, issue badges, and maintain security protocols for the front desk. Handle correspondence, deliveries, and mail distribution. Support scheduling of conference rooms and manage calendars as needed. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative support, as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
