We’re looking to fill an immediate opening for a Receptionist in Davie, FL. Our current receptionist is being promoted, and we’re seeking an energetic, professional, and reliable individual to join our team.
Position Summary The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, packages, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed.
Coordinate visitor access and maintain sign-in records.
Support scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Energetic personality and positive attitude.
Must have consistent attendance and no issues with missing work.
Compensation $17 per hour Full-time, on-site position in Davie, FL
