This position is targeted for a Professional seeking a Sr. Product Management position. The Senior Global Product Manager will be responsible for their specific product/portfolio area within

Direct Fab/Portfolio team

and own the end-to-end product life cycle, from product definition through to launch.

The responsibilities within the Global Product Organization include translating customer insights into user needs and product requirements, working closely with engineering and UI/UX team, and partnering with the global channel teams. Additionally, the product manager will become an SME for the team to fully leverage available tools to help understand customer behavior and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Collect VOC and analyze product data and feedback to support recommendations for improvements to products and solutions, drive implementation of the changes

Represent needs of the geography in which they are located and be key partner to commercial and marketing teams with respect to portfolio, adoption and lifecycle

Partner with the Channel teams to synthesize customer issues and barriers to adoption/utilization

Translate those channel needs into user needs and product design input requirements and validation acceptance criteria

Drive and support requirements documentation and migration to the Aligned Elements Requirements Tool and work with the technical teams to confirm that business requirements are successfully traced through to the component level

Measure product performance (KPIs) to define additional actions needed to improve utilization/adoption

Develop supporting tools and materials to drive product adoption/utilization

Work closely with the channel teams to develop go-to-market models

Develop deep expertise in the use of internal tools to help us to monitor, troubleshoot and solve customer problems and workflow challenges

Develop deep expertise in the use of internal tools to help drive increased customer awareness of available features and functionality

Drive early feasibility studies, technical design assessments and limited market released prior to full general availability

Work with cross-functional teams including regulatory, clinical, finance and operations to support product needs

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, biology, or related field required

6-10 years of product management experience or equivalent

Excellent, articulate, and concise communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage professionally with customers.

Self starter with ability to work and navigate the organization as needed with limited oversight and guidance to achieve objectives

Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g. Pendo) and AI-first mindset

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%)

Complementary skills:

Passionate about digital dental healthcare, strong customer focus, and an advocate for customer needs

A basic understanding of technology, software development, or other relevant technical aspects
