We are hiring an Executive Sous Chef to help lead back-of-house operations at a high-volume, upscale casual scratch kitchen in Sarasota. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a detail-driven chef who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences. Compensation and Benefits

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure seamless service execution Lead and manage large kitchen teams (1020 cooks per shift) Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Control food cost, labor, inventory, and BOH cleanliness Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Promote a positive and performance-based kitchen culture Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume ($6M$15M) upscale casual scratch kitchen Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire large culinary teams Fluent in Spanish and English
