Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including multi-unit oversight (District, Area, or Regional level) Proven track record of successfully leading 10+ locations or an equivalent multi-unit scope Strong operational expertise across inventory management, payroll, merchandising, and loss prevention Demonstrated ability to drive performance through team development, coaching, and accountabilitynot just reporting High sense of ownership with strong initiative, urgency, and follow-through Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and lead diverse teams Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required during peak business periods Preferred Background & Skills

Experience overseeing multiple store locations or a multi-unit territory. History of developing high-performing teams and promoting talent internally. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate store leadership. Having Specialty Retail is vital, but Apparel is a very big plus. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and oversee operations and performance across multiple retail stores. Coach and mentor Store Managers in sales, profitability, expense control, operational excellence, and customer service. Hire, train, and develop store leadership teams to ensure high performance and engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Monitor key operational metrics, including inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and staffing. Communicate corporate initiatives, goals, and strategies to store teams, ensuring alignment across the district. Address escalated customer issues to maintain superior service standards. Support new store openings and special projects as needed. Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Conduct district meetings to motivate and align store teams with business priorities.
