5+ years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in management. Proven multi-unit leadership experience with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence. Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel extensively and work additional hours during peak periods. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead and oversee operations and performance across multiple retail stores. Coach and mentor store managers in sales, profitability, expense control, operational excellence, and customer service. Hire, train, and develop store leadership teams to ensure high performance and engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Monitor key operational metrics, including inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and staffing. Communicate corporate initiatives, goals, and strategies to store teams, ensuring alignment across the district. Address escalated customer issues to maintain superior service standards. Support new store openings and special projects as needed. Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Conduct district meetings to motivate and align store teams with business priorities.
