We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate is a safety-driven leader with deep technical knowledge, proven management experience, and a passion for quality and efficiency in electrical construction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enforce all safety protocols on-site, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability. Oversee all aspects of electrical labor productivity, including task codes, budgeting, and quantity tracking. Collaborate with Project Executives and Project Managers to plan and forecast electrical labor requirements and project schedules. Coordinate and supervise field teams, including Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, submittals, and specifications; identify prefab opportunities and ensure accuracy. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for all electrical field issues. Attend contractor and coordination meetings, proactively communicating schedules, constraints, and progress. Conduct daily job walks to monitor safety, quality, and production; document findings using Procore. Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and field personnel through professional communication and leadership. Mentor staff, evaluate performance, and recommend training to strengthen team capabilities. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent. Proven success managing electrical projects exceeding $15 million in value. Licensed Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
