Are you ready to help create fun focused events to engage the community and help raise funding to clothe under served children? If so, YTC is looking for YOU!
As an event coordinator, you will plan events from conception through to completion. You will provide customer service and organize events that will impact the youth of our community and neighboring countries.
Responsibilities
Plan, design and produce events while coordinating all project delivery elements within specified time frames Work with other departments and external partners to identify needs to ensure customer satisfaction Proactively handle and resolve emerging issues on the event day Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report on outcomes Research market and identify event opportunities Skills
Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently (especially in the weeks leading up to an event) Strong organizational and collaborative skills Education and Experience
Associates/Bachelor degree or currently in related Major Prior experience in a related function preferred Nonprofit sector experience a plus but not required Issue Area(s) Youth
