Salesforce Administrator

Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Species harvested and processed by Trident include virtually every commercial species of salmon, whitefish, and crab harvested in the North Pacific and Alaska. The global supply chain also includes cultured and wild species from a network of trusted sources worldwide. The Salesforce Administrator will integrate, manage and optimize our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless business operations and data integrity. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications, managing user permissions, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting integrations with other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving user adoption, improving system efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Owns system administration, including maintaining and customizing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and validation rules. Oversees data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing, and handles imports/exports as needed. Builds and manages workflow automation, including process builder, flows, and approval processes. Provides implementation and day-to-day support for Salesforce users, including providing and delivering user training, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful user adoption and usage. Manages user accounts, profiles, and permissions. Supports integrations with other business systems and ensures capability with Salesforce updates. Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system functionality. This is an exempt position with an annualized salary range of $100,000 to $125,000. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment, including experience with user management, workflow automation, and troubleshooting. A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
