Marcom Strategist
Core Description/Role Purpose: The MarCom Strategist provides marketing and communications services for Comagine Health's various federal and state contracts and grants under the Operations Division and corporate activities that target health care professionals, consumers and their families/caregivers. They also support internal communications needs by assisting with employee news, initiative rollouts and staff training, and serve as coordinators within the department. This position requires collaboration, teamwork and versatility. Primary Job Duties: Fulfill requests for MarCom support for small contracts or in conjunction with senior strategists on larger projects, including writing, editing, layout and liaising with vendors. Support internal communications needs in conjunction with the MarCom manager, including staff coordination, content creation and channel management. Maintain department's workspaces, including Sharepoint, Asana and Google. Build libraries and instill standards for file storage and organization, both for the department and operational project teams. Create and deploy walkthroughs and other instructional modalities that assist staff with tool, template and process adoption. Position Requirements: BA/BS and 5 years of experience in communications, health care marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations or health education.
