team!
As an Athletic Trainer, you will
Provide comprehensive athletic training services to high school students. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans based on patient age, diagnosis, and goals. Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement in the school, at athletic events and in the community. Incorporate patient and family education into all phases of care. Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes according to established standards. Collaborate with our orthopedic and sports medicine team. Schedule
Full-Time or 1.0 FTE/80 hours every pay period Monday-Friday; weekends as needed based on sport schedule Day and evening hours Travel required Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of athletic training standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in athletic training from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). Post graduate education in an area of specialization and experience in general practice of athletic training with experience in area of specialization. Previous experience as an Athletic Trainer is beneficial. Current Wisconsin licensure to practice athletic training. Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire. Current AED certification. Clinical Specialist certification is beneficial. Possesses a valid Wisconsin driver's license. Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required. Employee Benefits
