The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College is seeking a service-oriented Associate Director of Admission to join their team! The Associate Director of Admission is an experienced admission professional that serves as the primary recruiter for assigned graduate business programs at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. They are responsible for executing on recruitment-related initiatives in service to enrollment goals. The Associate Director of Admission is a highly organized, strategic and collaborative problem-solver that is excited to cultivate relationships with prospective students at all stages of the admission funnel.

Essential Job Functions

Strategic Recruitment & Enrollment Management

Execute on a data-driven recruitment strategy to attract and enroll graduate business students.

Review and analyze market trends and enrollment data to refine recruitment initiatives and ensure alignment with enrollment goals.

Recruitment Events & Outreach

Manage the planning, staffing, execution, and evaluation of recruitment events virtually, on-campus, and off-campus.

Build and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, venues, and vendors.

Admissions & Prospective Student Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students within assigned MBA programs, engaging through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, text, and in-person meetings) to guide them through the admissions funnel.

Represent the school at on-campus events, conferences, career fairs, and networking events.

Process application materials, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and render admission decisions.

Cultivate strong connections with prospective students by providing personalized guidance and support to help them explore graduate business programs.

Organize personalized visits for prospective students.

Marketing & Communication Collaboration

Work collaboratively with the admission and marketing teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end recruitment and admissions process.

Partner with the marketing team to develop creative communication strategies and campaigns using the Slate CRM system.

Deliver compelling presentations to prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, and corporate partners, both in-person and virtually.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement

Develop and maintain relationships with alumni, faculty, administrators, and corporate partners to enhance recruitment efforts.

Serve as an ambassador for Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and within the broader business community.

Operational & Policy Management

Identify and address challenges in admissions operations, recommending improvements to policies and procedures.

Make recommendations for how to use Slate CRM system to support data-driven recruitment efforts.

Recruitment Travel

Travel for recruitment-related activities as needed, both domestically and internationally.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track, analyze, and assess key recruitment and enrollment metrics to inform decision-making.

Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on recruitment effectiveness and enrollment trends.

Complete special projects and reports as needed.

Minimum Qualifications & Education

Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or admission experience.

Possess a valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain a Florida driver’s license within 30 days of accepting the job, and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree from an accredited university or college.

Slate CRM experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively; strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Ability to contribute ideas to improve internal processes.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities, and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

Ability to accomplish goals working through formal and informal channels, with diplomacy and tactfulness.

Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and, decision-making skills.

Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills.

Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.

Ability to apply technology to recruitment and admission processes and communications; proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Work Environment

Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.

Regular use of a computer and databases.

Up to 15% travel - Must be able to travel and participate in work-related events (local, domestic and international).

Must be able to work flexible hours which includes evenings and weekends based on business needs.
