A well‑established Mid‑Atlantic architectural millwork and casework manufacturer with approximately 80+ associates is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead high‑value commercial bids and support continued growth.
This is a career‑level role for an experienced millwork estimator who understands commercial construction, pricing strategy, and how to win profitable work—not an entry‑level position.

What You’ll Do
Lead estimating efforts for complex commercial millwork and casework projects
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals
Solicit and negotiate vendor and subcontract pricing
Identify value‑engineering and margin‑improvement opportunities
Maintain estimating databases, cost keys, and pricing modelsSubmit bids on time and follow through to close work
Support smooth turnover to Project Management
Maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
5+ years estimating architectural millwork / casework (commercial required)
Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and installation
Proven ability to price work accurately and win projects
Experience with estimating software (Crow’s Nest or similar)
Ability to manage multiple bids without sacrificing accuracy
Professional communicator comfortable working with senior‑level clients
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary commensurate with senior‑level experience
