The Director of FP&A leads the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial insights, optimize performance, and strengthen long-term financial planning. This role reports directly to the CFO and is based in Ketjen’s Houston area office (Clear Lake). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure financial planning practices align with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. QUALIFICATIONS **Required Qualifications** 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision-making. Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and long-range planning processes. Experience managing and developing teams. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in a multi-site or global business environment. Prior experience supporting a CFO or serving in a senior FP&A leadership role.
