Recruiting Solutions is hiring entry-level welders for a manufacturing client in Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County/Upstate SC area). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term career opportunities in manufacturing. Perform aluminum TIG welding and occasional thin steel welding (no work experience required - training provided!) Follow detailed work instructions to ensure safety and quality standards are met Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment Build real-world experience to grow into a skilled TIG welder Entry-Level Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
No prior work experience needed Welding certificate required (recent graduates of high school, technical school, or welding programs are encouraged to apply) Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
