Account Manager Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage client accounts, foster strong relationships, and oversee the lifecycle of customer jobs from initial quote to completion. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of print processes. Responsibilities: Convert customer quotes into active jobs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Gain a thorough understanding of internal job workflows and processes. Use foundational print knowledge to gather specifications for estimates and provide product guidance to customers. Communicate regularly with clients to share proofs, updates, and job completion details. Coordinate with vendors to place orders and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with the production team to address customer requirements effectively. Build and strengthen relationships with customers through proactive follow-ups and support. Track and follow up on quotes to secure new business opportunities. Assist in other production areas as needed to support team goals. Requirements: Proven experience in account management or customer service roles. Strong ability to handle customer quotes and maintain detailed records. Familiarity with print processes and products is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in maintaining accurate account records and documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to adapt and assist in various aspects of production as required.
