Coordinate and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Assist with order entry to maintain accurate records and timely processing. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring customer needs are met promptly. Generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Support post-sales activities, such as resolving customer issues and managing follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies. Maintain and organize sales-related documentation for accessibility and compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships. Monitor sales operations and recommend improvements to optimize workflow. Requirements: Proven experience in sales support or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Knowledge of order entry processes and systems. Familiarity with post-sales support functions and customer relationship management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in using office software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
