Sales Support Specialist
Our client is in need of a detail-oriented sales support specialist to join their team on a contract basis in Round Rock, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, order management, and collaboration with sales teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Process incoming sales orders efficiently, ensuring all item details are accurately entered into internal systems. Submit orders for fulfillment and coordinate shipment processes. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, providing solutions or issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges when necessary. Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts and maintain seamless communication. Generate and complete weekly reports to track performance metrics and operational efficiency. Meet or exceed established benchmarks for order accuracy, call monitoring, and other performance standards. Actively participate in company and departmental meetings to stay informed and contribute to team goals. Handle customer concerns by assessing the situation, identifying solutions, and implementing appropriate actions. Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the overall sales operations. Requirements: Proven experience in post-sales support, including handling customer inquiries and complaints. Familiarity with sales processes such as inbound and outbound sales. Strong proficiency in order entry systems and attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with sales teams. Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and maintain high standards. Experience in generating reports and analyzing data to support operational improvements. Flexibility to adapt to additional responsibilities and changing priorities.
