49-place centre located in the heritage-listed St Cecilia Precinct
Warm, home-like atmosphere featuring high ceilings, French doors, and timber floors
Contemporary, well-resourced learning environments
Spacious outdoor area with a mud kitchen and veggie garden
Fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our on-site cook
Collaborative and supportive team culture
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and team support
Oversee delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program
Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children
Work collaboratively to support children and families
Promote the service in line with Catholic Early EdCare values
Flexibility to manage hours between contact time and out-of-ratio tasks as required
Job Requirements
Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, including team development skills.
Willingness to obtain Child Protection Training as required.
