Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct workplace safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate safety measures into operations. Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance measures. Stay updated on changes to EHS regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments. Support the development of sustainability initiatives within the organization. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Environmental Sciences. Strong communication skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ISO14001, OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations. Ability to train across all organizational levels, work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience implementing and managing EHS programs in engineering and manufacturing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with teams.
