Analyze platform-specific KPIs to ensure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Interpret large, complex datasets to uncover trends and drive campaign performance.
Anticipate challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions.
Champion testing strategies to enhance client media buys.
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on digital strategy, execution, and measurement.
Stay ahead of industry shifts across programmatic, paid social, paid search, CTV, DOOH, and emerging channels.
Present innovative growth opportunities, platform betas, and POVs that influence client strategy.
Requirements
4+ years of progressive digital media experience (agency experience preferred)
Proven success leading complex programmatic and paid social campaigns
Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with C-level clients
Certifications and expertise in social platforms, DSPs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Blueprint
Experience with integrated/mixed-media strategies; traditional media buying a plus
Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex digital concepts to varied audiences
Collaborative leader with mentoring experience preferred
