Job Duties Responsible for the registration of patients, scheduling of patient appointments, verification of insurance, entering of demographic data, collection of co-payments, etc. Registering patients for hospital and physician clinic services in a healthcare setting Scheduling patient examinations, procedures, and surgery appointments for hospitals and physician clinics Responsible for verifying patient insurance benefit coverage via phone and online insurance payer portals Updating patient accounts with registration, insurance, demographic, scheduling, and billing data Providing superior high-volume patient customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications

Minimum 2 years healthcare/medical call center experience Solid Understanding of Medical Terminology MS Office Skills Excellent communication skills required.
