Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success Develop positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in account management or sales support Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze data and market trends Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits
