E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our existing digital wholesale business and drive its strategic expansion. This is a critical role responsible for managing all aspects of our multi-channel sales strategy, focusing on major retail platforms for our house and products line. The successful candidate will be handed an established business and tasked with maximizing profitability, optimizing marketplace presence, and significantly expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Oversee daily operations, inventory synchronization, and catalog management across all existing e-commerce channels.
Performance Marketing:
Strategically manage PPC campaigns and optimize product listings through continuous SEO and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
Inventory & Logistics:
Coordinate with wholesale and logistics teams to manage fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance with platform-specific requirements (e.g., FBA).
Business Expansion:
Identify and onboard new products, markets, and sales opportunities to expand the existing customer base and revenue streams.
Data Analysis:
Monitor sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior across all channels to inform pricing, promotion, and product strategy.
Systems Integration:
Ensure seamless operation and data flow between our internal systems and external marketplaces.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience managing e-commerce sales and operations for physical products.
Mandatory Platform Expertise:
Proven, hands‑on experience managing and expanding sales within the following platforms:
Amazon:
Expert level command of
Vendor Central ,
Seller Central , and
FBA
operations.
Major Retail Channels:
Demonstrated experience managing accounts and sales performance on
Wayfair ,
Overstock ,
Costco ,
Kohls, Dillard's, Belk
and
J.C. Penney .
Web Store Proficiency:
Extensive experience managing, maintaining, and scaling sales through
Shopify .
Digital Marketing Mastery:
Deep familiarity with executing and optimizing
PPC Campaigns ,
SEO best practices , and high-impact
Keyword strategy .
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make strategic business decisions.
Bonus:
Experience with
Blue Cherry ERP
or similar wholesale management systems is a plus but not required.
