Position Overview As a Sales Executive you will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online, and advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy. You will build client portfolios by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan.

Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.

Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.

Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real‑estate and trends within your specific market territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication and market insights.

Travel – Conduct regular in‑person meetings, which may require travel by car and could require travel outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a B2B sales role.

2+ years of commercial real‑estate (CRE) related experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.

Ability to analyze data, build reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.

Regular access to an operational motor vehicle by the start date.

Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company environment.

Self‑starter capable of working independently and within a team.
