Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant (inside & outside) to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to exceed sales targets. This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing substantial earning potential for results-driven professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ($55,000-$60,000 depending on experience) with an uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed established sales goals
Develop in-depth knowledge of Tesseon's products and services
Utilize Tesseon's proven sales process to deliver outstanding results
Identify and assess prospective clients' needs, creating customized proposals and presentations
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and clients
Attend networking events to establish relationships and develop referral partnerships
Requirements
Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, influence, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-oriented "hunter" mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing
Demonstrated success in cold calling and prospecting
Preferred
Experience in HCM industry (ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, etc.)
