Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the golf course market.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with golf course superintendents.

Maintain relationships with key vendor partners via ride-a-longs, focus groups and regional seminars.

Attend all scheduled sales meetings, conferences, training seminars and local Superintendent Association meetings

Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and trials.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close sales.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

Technical Expertise

Possess a strong understanding of turfgrass science and agronomy.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers on turf care programs.

Administrative Duties

Participate in industry trade shows and events.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM system.

Prepare reports on sales activity and market trends.
