The Work Lexipol’s Sales team provides SaaS solutions for local US first responder agencies in Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, local Corrections, and local governments.
We offer unique solutions in the following areas:
Policies & Updates : Platform & actual policy content, implementation, subscription for policy updates, daily training bulletins, and daily training modules.
Online Training : Police1 Academy, EMS1 Academy, Fire1 Academy, LocalGovU, Corrections1 Academy.
Performance Reporting : Automates data collection for critical incidents and provides one comprehensive, actionable view of personnel and organizational performance.
Wellness : Cordico Shield (Law Enforcement), Cordico Fire (Firefighters & EMS), Cordico 911 (Dispatch), Cordico Guardian (Correctional Officers).
Accreditation : The Center for Accreditation Excellence covering law enforcement, fire departments, transportation sector authorities, colleges & universities, hospital systems, and corporations.
Responsibilities As a Principal Solutions Executive selling Wellness, Analytics, Policy, and Training solutions, you will help local public safety departments and local governments stay abreast of changes and provide solutions that save them time and money.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve and exceed annual revenue and quota targets.
Develop effective and targeted territory growth plans to ensure revenue target delivery.
Work both as an individual contributor and team player.
Maintain daily and weekly activity consistent with leadership expectations.
Prospect, qualify, provide continuous value proposition, and close new business with existing and new customers.
Present Wellness, Policies, and Learning solutions virtually and in person to public safety and public entity leadership.
Follow the communication cadence pattern with prospective agencies.
Maintain a disciplined pipeline through Salesforce CRM, documenting thorough and accurate customer information.
Pipeline Management Keep the pipeline current and moving up the curve. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience.
7+ years of experience selling into Senior Leadership (SVP and above) at mid‑market and large accounts, preferably with local government experience.
7+ years effectively managing pipeline with 3–12 month sales cycles and high forecasting accuracy.
5+ years selling complex, multi‑solution, enterprise SaaS using value/solution selling methodologies.
5+ years managing multi‑threaded sales motions and selling into multiple influencers/business users.
1+ years leveraging internal resources such as SMEs and CS.
5+ years strategic territory/account planning.
Experience delivering executive‑level presentations.
Proven simultaneous project management of large sales opportunities at various stages.
Preferred Experience
Minimum of five years selling to law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, corrections, local and state governments.
Deep experience with the public safety acquisition/procurement process or first responder leadership perspective.
Proven success with long‑term sales cycles and large transactions.
Excellent virtual presentation and telephone sales skills.
Rapid rapport building and client confidence.
Public safety‑centric consultative sales approach.
Self‑management of daily sales tasks and quota attainment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
Documentation mindset: willingness to enter high levels of documentation.
