**Lead & Grow** – Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
**Experience:** 5+ years in sales within the metalworking industry, with leadership or management experience.
**Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of metal removal manufacturing and distribution.
Ability to analyze data, set objectives, and implement impactful sales strategies. **People Leadership:** Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage sales teams effectively.
**Customer Focus:** A relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
