Job Summary:
The Account Manager, SpectraTurf is responsible for facilitating sales of Ecore products within the SpectraTurf market for the region. This position will work to foster a collaborative selling environment between Territory Representatives and other Ecore team members within the region. The Sales Manager, SpectraTurf, along with the Regional Sales Director, are responsible for the sales and gross profit of Ecore products within the SpectraTurf market in the region and for adhering to established budgets.
Directly cultivate high-level relationships and build new business with key End Users in order to promote Ecore products throughout the SpectraTurf market within the region
Develop and maintain business relationships with architects, designers, and industry networking groups in order to further business objectives
Assist with strategic planning, sales and marketing strategies, and the creation of sales goals and supporting budgets
Monitoring and directing of key projects including the delivery, installation, cleaning and maintenance
Initiating and directing production of sales tools and marketing/promotional materials; participating in promotional efforts including customer presentations
Represent Ecore at pertinent trade shows, related conferences, and organization meetings
Provide product and SpectraTurf market segment training to employees, sales agents, and customers
Work directly with regional sales personnel to execute the SpectraTurf market strategy and ensure the achievement of sales goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or similar area of study; or 3 years equivalent industry work experience
5-7 years outside sales experience with a strong emphasis on flooring or construction materials
Significant sales experience across all sizes and complexity of clients/sales
Solid knowledge of business, financials, products/services the market or key accounts need
Demonstrated knowledge of flooring materials is preferred
Demonstrated ability to train, coach and build strong teams for achievement of goals
Structured direct contact with clients and potential partners
Effective and persuasive verbal and written communication skills to successfully deliver information and to clarify understanding of products and services to prospective and current customers
Product marketing and distribution channel experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required; previous experience using Salesforce software is strongly preferred
This position will require travel - approximately 75% depending on location
This position will require travel for outside selling in the SpectraTurf market within the region and some National travel to trade shows

Manufacturing Environment: This position may operate in a manufacturing setting with conditions of high‑pressure air/steam/gas, hazardous gas/chemical fumes, extreme heat and temperature variations, loud noise, exposure to dangerous machinery, dirty work environment and/or exposure to dust (pigment). The position is required to wear PPE including, but not limited to safety glasses, steel toe/composite boots and earplugs.
Physical and Mental Demands:

Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
