SUMMARY
The Director of Development, is responsible for developing strategy, managing, and growing key fundraising programs in support of Grady Health System; building and maintaining relationships and ensuring effective stewardship of institutional and individual donors; representing the Grady Health Foundation in the community; and, contributing as a member of the Grady Health Foundation leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
Five (5) or more years of job-related experience including job related experience in program development / grant writing for non-profit organizations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated success managing a corporate foundation relations program
Excellent computer and technology skills required with preference for experience using Raisers Edge or other donor database, including prospect research modules.
Knowledge of the foundation corporate giving community
EPIC scheduling and work queue management experience.
