Digital Event Coordinator ZS is a management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life and how we live it. ZSers drive impact by bringing a client‑first mentality to each engagement. What You’ll Do

Coordinate and execute digital and hybrid events, including webinars, virtual events, and live broadcasts hosted through ON24 and related platforms.

Manage all pre‑event, live, and post‑event logistics including speaker preparation, technical setup, branding consistency, and quality assurance.

Serve as an on‑camera moderator or host for select sessions, representing ZS with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.

Conduct light video editing and post‑production tasks, including trimming recordings, adding visuals, and preparing sessions for on‑demand access.

Collaborate with global marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align event content and objectives with broader marketing strategies.

Monitor event performance and provide insights through reporting and analytics to inform future initiatives.

Maintain awareness of emerging digital event technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve audience engagement and event execution.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, event production, or virtual event management.

Proficiency with ON24 or similar digital event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Vimeo, Hopin).

Experience with basic video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, or Canva.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting on camera.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluency in English.

Hybrid Working Model ZS is committed to a flexible and connected way of working. ZSers are onsite at clients or ZS offices three days a week and may work remotely two days a week. The culture thrives on face‑to‑face connections, both planned and spontaneous.

Travel Client‑facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed to strengthen relationships and enhance professional growth.
