Experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry is required. A highly confident salesperson with in-home sales experience with heating, cooling, and ventilation product knowledge, that has a desire to win, is what we want. Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners. Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting. Qualifications: Valid Drivers’ License Residential service experience is preferred 3+ years of HVAC experience 5+ years of in-home sales experience (B2C) Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
