Panel Wirer
Electrical Assembler Temp-to-hire Pay rate: $16 M-F from 7a-3:30pm. Wiring of advance complex assembly and placement of components in enclosures and making adjustments to ensure a quality product that meets customer requirements. Electrical Assembler Responsibilities Responsible for assembly and wire panel devices according to electrical schematics Assembling any enclosure including motor starters (per print), circuit breakers & disconnects (per drawings) Dimensionally lay out back panels and externally mounted devices Mount devices to back panels and enclosures using a variety of methods including drilling and tapping steel Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures Provides hands on training to coworkers as needed. Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the Companys Quality System. Provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed our internal and external customers requirements. Ensure that assembled products meet all print requirements. Participate in training and continued education as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Electrical Assembler Requirements High School Diploma or GED Relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years previous panel wiring experience. Must be able to work with little or no supervision in a safe and efficient manner. Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Able to lift parts weighing more than 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in a bending, standing, or squatting positions for long periods of time. Effective communication skills: verbal and written (English). Follow written and/or oral instructions in English
