We are seeking an experienced
senior automotive service advisor
to join our team!
This role combines high-level service advising with additional administrative and operational support for the service manager. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has the leadership capability to support the overall efficiency of the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, assess service needs, and advise on recommended maintenance and repairs
Prepare repair orders, communicate with technicians, and provide clear updates to customers
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through
Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, workflow coordination, reporting, and quality control
Help maintain department organization and support daily operations to enhance efficiency
Review service history, warranty coverage, and pricing with customers
Handle customer concerns and help maintain positive dealership relationships
Contribute to process improvements and department performance goals
Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive service advisor experience required
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and service software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist in administrative functions
A team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
Valid driver’s license
