**Job Description** As an Account Executive on Stem’s Managed Services team, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will own the development and advancement of a high-value pipeline of Project Developers and Independent Power Producers, with an emphasis on storage-focused developers in priority U.S. markets. You will establish early-stage relationships with major strategic customers and collaborate with your manager to advance and expand these accounts. In this role, you will drive new business for Stem’s energy optimization services by sourcing, qualifying, and converting partner opportunities into long-term contracted engagements.We’re seeking a motivated, high-performing sales professional who excels at proactively identifying opportunities and key decision makers, leading complex sales cycles end-to-end, defining technical and operational requirements, building a strong pipeline of qualified projects, and consistently exceeding sales targets.**Responsibilities** **Required Skills** 5+ years’ experience of energy sales experience. Solar or storage experience a plus. 5+ years’ experience selling into complex accounts requiring executive level engagement, setting, and executing on an account strategy and navigating complex deal structures with multiple parties. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in selling to executive decision makersKnowledge of energy markets and utility procurement processes An assertive mentality, strong negotiation skills, a sense of initiative, and drive to exceed goals Ability to accurately forecast deal timelines and probability of success Remote: US requiredOTE for this role is $167,120 to $247,680
