566062### Job TitleKey Account Manager (Wallonia/Brussels)### Job Description**Your Role:*** Drive sales growth and margin across key accounts in Wallonia, including service contracts.* Build strong, long-term relationships to boost customer satisfaction (NPS) and engage at all organizational levels.* Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional strategy.* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel with win/loss analysis.* Ensure timely, compliant quotations and validate third-party product compatibility.* Lead cross-functional account teams and collaborate with channel partners to achieve business goals.* Act as a connector between departments, coordinating resources for success.* Report and follow up on customer feedback per quality and regulatory standards.* Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethics.**You are the right fit if you have:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.* Proven experience in sales of medical imaging systems or medical equipment.* Strong knowledge of the Wallonia healthcare market and ability to engage key stakeholders.* A track record of top sales performance.* Expertise in consultative selling, executive engagement, negotiations, and strategic account management.* Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Fluency in French and English.**How we work together**
